Partnership.
We believe that working in partnership among and across sectors is both a necessity and a challenge.

Climate change, inequality and entrenched poverty require us to work together across government, civil society and business sectors. And this can be tough.

Setting up multi-stakeholder and cross-sector partnerships for success from the beginning requires understanding partnership drivers, a shared vision and clear accountability.
Our Previous Work
C:G helped launch and lead corporate partner recruitment for a global commitment process on increased investment, policy and programs to close the gender gap in agrifood systems.
Over a 12-month engagement, C:G built collaboration strategy and led partner outreach and coordination for a joint-UN program on climate and conflict in the Sahel region in West Africa.
We developed a partnership training curriculum for a UN agency to provide practical tools for building food systems collaborations between government, companies and farmers.
Our Approach
We have deep experience in building and managing public-private partnerships designed to tackle global issues such as agriculture-driven climate emissions, gender inequality and health equity.

We also offer community-based partnership design and coordination on city-level issues including youth development, housing, and child and family wellbeing.

Our approach is individualized for each partnership but always starts with a deep understanding of the problem to determine where a collective approach could bring the most value.
We help clients identify how a collaboration would work (Structure), determine which partners to pursue (Leverage) and design an organizing framework to enable results (Roles and Accountability).
We also offer blended finance matching and agriculture supply chain partnership brokering to help governments and companies committed to sustainability leverage their investments.
