Chloe Mathewson
Associate Consultant Chloe Mathewson leads research and client support at Cultivate:Good. Chloe has diverse experience in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. During her most recent position at the Women Business Collaborative, Chloe developed numerous partnership proposals, revamped customer-facing materials, and assisted in developing an impactful fundraising strategy for the organization. Previously, Chloe held internship positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Doctors Without Borders, American Express, and Changing Our World, where she honed skills in fundraising, financial analysis, and client support. She served as a Research Fellow at Fordham University’s Responsible Business Center. Chloe received her B.S. from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University in May 2024.

Christina Young
Principal/Founder at Defining You LLC Christina Young is a lived experience consultant dedicated to empowering underserved populations. With a unique perspective shaped by personal experiences, Christina collaborates with organizations to design impactful programs that address systemic barriers and create equitable opportunities. Specializing in innovative solutions, Christina is passionate about fostering meaningful change and helping communities thrive. Christina earned her bachelor’s degree from John Jay College and will receive her Master of Public Administration from Fordham University in May 2025.

Nicole Carta
Founder and Principal Cultivate:Good is led by Nicole Carta. Nicole has over 20 years of professional experience including leading offices of public-private partnership for the New York City child welfare system and the United Nations in women’s maternal health, rural development and sustainable agriculture. She has designed and launched substantial cross-sector partnership initiatives and innovative financial instruments. She co-launched and led a nonprofit organization supporting local community leaders in East Africa for 10 years, and has raised over $60 million in government, private foundation and individual support throughout her career. She is an adjunct professor at the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University teaching on social entrepreneurship and is a trained facilitator of conversations on inclusion, equity and belonging. Nicole earned an MBA from the University of Geneva in Switzerland.

Priyanka Rao
Strategy & Impact Investment Priyanka Rao is a mission-driven leader with a proven track record in strategy and innovation across diverse sectors, including healthcare, education, fintech, climate change, and economic development. With a history of leading and collaborating with multi-stakeholder and cross functional teams, Priyanka excels in creating winning product strategies, managing end-to-end product and program development, and forging strategic partnerships. She has demonstrated experience in impact investing, creating and developing accelerator programs, and investing in and supporting early-stage enterprises. Passionately committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility, Priyanka is an advocate, especially for women, children and people of color. Priyanka is available to support leading organizations in tech, social innovation, ESG, CSR, and sustainable finance and impact investing.

Shannel Reed
People and Culture Strategist Shannel Reed is a transformative leader passionate about creating inclusive, high-performing workplace cultures. With a unique blend of experience in IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility) principles and human resources, she offers a fresh perspective on enhancing employee experiences and embedding inclusive practices into every layer of an organization. Over her career, Shannel has led initiatives that increased employee satisfaction, strengthened team collaboration, and aligned IDEA strategies with business objectives. She specializes in weaving inclusion, belonging, and accessibility into everyday operations, ensuring results that are both measurable and sustainable. Shannel has successfully guided organizations through change management processes, helping them navigate complex transformations while maintaining clarity, cohesion, and trust. Outside of work, she is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders, volunteering with community organizations, and advancing equity within professional networks.

Zak Bleicher
Organizational Change, Systems and Strategy Zak brings over 20 years of experience in policy engagement, negotiations and advocacy strategy, organizational change management, facilitation and strategic advisory to senior leaders and institutions across a range of organizations in various sectors. This has included devising organizational approaches and governance models for complex initiatives at both global and local levels, including from the Global South (e.g. the COP28 UAE Declaration on Food Systems and Climate Action, the Technical Cooperation Collaborative, the UN Food Systems Summit Dialogues, agreement of the SDGs and other policy frameworks) and advising nonprofits and philanthropies on organizational structure and policy engagement strategies (e.g. AGRA, WaterAid, Greenpeace, Community Foundation of Greater Flint). Zak holds a MS in Organizational Change Management from The New School.
